The St. Peter Parish Project 2014 is entitled, "G.R.O.W 166 - GENERATING REVENUES, OPPORTUNITIES AND WEALTH" stemmed from the National Theme "Uniting a Nation - One Community at a Time"
This year we were given the liberty of choosing and developing our own project. A survey was used to identify the core problems facing the parish. In examining the current financial situation in st. Peter, and by extension, Barbados, we realized that giving up was not an option but there was a dire need for us to "G.R.O.W" as a community and try our very best to deal with the situation.
We wanted to provide a gateway for our residents in which they could use available resources to generate revenue so as to attain a better standard of living, to give them insight as to possible opportunities which would facilitate this income generation bringing wealth which would as result, positively impact on their livelihood.
